Alan Shearer described Chelsea as determined, dogged and skillful after Antonio Conte’s men won the Premier League title thanks to a 1-0 victory at West Brom.
The Blues knew that three points at The Hawthorns on Friday night would be enough to secure Conte’s English top-flight crown following his appointment last summer.
The Chelsea manager made the brave decision to substitute Eden Hazard with 14 minutes to go and his replacement Michy Batshuayi netted an 82nd-minute winner.
The Belgium international finished from close range to secure Chelsea’s second Premier League title in three seasons but first under Conte.

The west London side won the Premier League with two games to spare as Chelsea now switch their focus to the FA Cup final later this month.
Newcastle United legend Shearer, who won the Premier League title with Blackburn Rovers in 1994-95, singled out Chelsea’s best three attributes under Conte.
Shearer wrote: “Skilful. Dogged. Determined. Organised. Best team this season by a long way. Congratulations @ChelseaFC Champions of @premierleague” - The Sport Review
